Annie M. Brunet
Annie Brunet was born in Alberta, Canada, and moved to Castle Rock, Colorado, at the age of nine. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with double minors in Political Communications and Spanish from Colorado State University in May 2021. In May 2025, Annie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee’s Winston College of Law.
During her time at UT, Annie served on the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy. She also met her husband, Micah, and together they discovered a shared love for Tennessee, ultimately deciding to make Nashville their home.
Annie’s passion for family law began in law school while working in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she found a deep purpose in helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. She also gained meaningful experience in adoption work while assisting a solo practitioner. These experiences strengthened her desire to guide families with compassion and understanding in some of the most emotional times of their lives.
As an attorney, Annie strives to serve each client with integrity, diligence, and personalized care. She believes in approaching every case with honesty, empathy, and a strong sense of professionalism, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are understood and respected.
Outside of practicing law, Annie enjoys golfing, working out, and exploring Nashville’s food scene with her husband.
